Return of the Turn, Episode 9: Early Season

In 2020, we had two big plans cut short by the pandemic. We were slated to be in Alaska in April, and Chile in July for two exciting episodes of Return of the Turn. Since we weren’t able to shoot either, the result was a full year off.

When the resorts opened for the 2020-2021 season, we were itching to go and start producing new content. Mother nature had other plans however, and the start to the season was dismal here in Utah. We decided we could either sit around and wait for snow, or buckle down and ski what we had. And that’s exactly what we did: make an entire episode about skiing when the resort first opens. The conditions suck, but you’ve been waiting all summer to ski, so who cares? Take out the rock skis and let it rip!
