As the weather has been getting colder, Park City Utah’s real estate market has been heating up and we’ve been busy shooting films. With the color of the leaves, the fall season is by far our favorite time to showcase a home. In an effort to step up our production value this year, we’ve added two key pieces of equipment to our recent real estate films: an aerial drone and a motion-stabilized gimbal. For these shoots, we’ve teamed up with speciality production company Full Collective Media. Since we’ve added aerial footage, we’ve been able to show the homes (being sold by our client Summit Sotheby’s) in a whole new perspective. The aerial footage not only gives a unique and powerful vantage point, but it also reveals the location and surroundings — a key thing to know when looking to buy a home. With the motion-stabilized gimbal, we’ve put the camera in motion throughout the house giving the viewer a more realistic sense of the space without actually stepping foot inside. We’re pretty excited about how these have been coming out. What do you think? Thanks for reading.
